Laurie and Daren Drees, Allie's parents, dropping off their last load of can tabs to the Ronald McDonald House.
Thank you to all the students and families who have sent in tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. Sixteen years ago Allie Drees, THS student, was born prematurely, and she had to spend three months in the hospital. While in the hospital her mother and father, Laurie and Daren Drees, stayed at the Ronald McDonald House. The Drees family was grateful for the Ronald McDonald House and wanted to give back. The past sixteen years they asked TGS families, students, and staff to send in their can tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald House. This weekend the Drees family took their last load of tabs. They donated 1,222 pounds of tabs that were donated the past three years from TGS students, staff, and families. The Drees family is very thankful for the outpouring of support the past sixteen years.
Allie Drees, THS student and miracle!
