The Shoes hold a 31-14 lead over Mattoon. And the crowd goes wild when 8th grader Josh Burrell makes a half court shot and wins $100.
After 1 quarter, the Shoes lead Mattoon 15-5 in JH Griffin Gymnasium.
Not a bad year for the 7th grade boys. Ceremony starts in 5 minutes and parade begins at 5:30 to celebrate the 2nd place finish.
